goodness, i cannot imagine a cuter and more perfect couple than katey and casey.

i met katey in an elementary chemistry course we both were taking at salt lake community college, i was her tutor. (i'm a huge chemistry nerd, folks) we became fast friends, and i absolutely adore her.

this sweet girl has a daughter, lily, who is the spunkiest, cutest thing you've ever laid your eyes on.

guys, her man, casey, is the best guy i have ever met. not exaggerating, he is hilarious, but serious when he needs to be. and lily loves him so much it's crazy. they get along so well, and their dynamic just melts your heart. i have never imagined so much love could come from a single person

katey, bless her heart, did this entire wedding herself. forget the wedding planners and hiring folks to decorate for you. she diy'd this wedding completely. and the best part-it was carnival themed.

yes, you read that right. carnival themed. it had a cotton candy maker, snow cone maker, popcorn maker, peanuts laying around, dart boards, the weird clown game where you throw bean bags through holes in his body, beautiful mason jars with lights in them hanging from the tree, pom pom's, pin wheels, everything. she didn't leave a thing out.

and on her wedding day, katey was a cool cat. honestly, so stinking calm and collected. she had the "it's my wedding day, and nothing is going to ruin it." attitude. and i loved her for it.

someone had forgotten about the coolers for the drinks, her response: "you'll figure it out". i couldn't help but laugh.

everyone was full of love and laughs.
